Hello
Louisa (B.App.Sci (Occupational Therapy) is an DIRFloortime® provider and also a Training Leader through ICDL :The Interdisciplinary Council of Development and Learning in the United States of America.
For nearly 20 years Louisa has helped families and their children who experience a range of developmental delays and disabilities. Providing a comprehensive treatment program that is tailored to meet their individual needs and that focuses on a positive, strengths‐based approach. Louisa is passionate about Neurodiversity movement- believing that differences, such as those with a diagnosis of autism and sensory differences, should not be seen as disorders or deficits that need a cure, but rather that neuro-diverse people should be included and embraced by society, allowing each individual to grow within their social, emotional and functional development through an individualized and inclusive treatment approach.

ABOUT ME
I am blessed to be a wife and mother of two beautiful children. For as long as I can remember I have had a passion in helping children and families grow, connecting meaningfully with others and understanding the unique differences shaping who we are.
I love feeding my passion through listening to podcasts, research, conferences, and connecting with mentors.

My other true loves include my dog Albert, my wider family, friends and community. When I am not working you will find me on the beach, swimming in the ocean, taking walks, indulging in my plant obsession or eating some of my favorite foods!

What ever life looks like for you I will listen with a open heart and mind and be privileged to be part of your journey.
